Clance Hillside Station is a precision computer-engineered craftsman HO/HOn3 kit. The kit features laser cut Northeastern aged clapboard and scribed sheathing and new exclusive laser etched stone walls, Paper Creek weathered shingles, Mt. Albert precision milled scale lumber, Grandt Line windows and doors, a variety of specially printed crate signs, station signs, and posters, and a complete set of metal and plastic detail castings. The kit also features specially cast resin "jigs" that make building the stairways and stairway railings a breeze.

The kit comes with all the components to create the museum quality diorama you see pictured here, including a fully illustrated 120 page construction manual that features step-by-step explanations on building, weathering, and landscaping. The manual features actual photos for almost every step! Although the manual is black and white, the kit includes a CD-ROM (PC and Mac compatible) that contains full color high resolution photos, some of which are only on the CD-ROM, as well as the entire manual with color photos in Adobe Acrobat PDF form.

The height of the structure from the bottom to the upper track (measured at the rear of the structure) is: 26' HO (about 3-1/2") high. The top steps are 10' HO high (about 1-3/8"). The bottom run of steps is 12' HO high (about 1-5/8"). The structure footprint is 8" wide x 5" deep. The diorama as pictured (and as documented in the construction manual) is 14-1/2" wide by 14" deep.
